Ok, this template is not necessarily meant for PC's. It is sort of like a Dwarven King Orcslayer version of the Magister/Chosen of Mystra. The absolute best at what he does. So, obviously, I am not worried about power level up to a certain point. This is more of an NPC, campaign flavor thing.
If anyone has any interesting ideas I can substitute or whatever, or general thoughts, please let me know.
The Orc %$$kicker of Grimhold
Among the elite orcslaying berserkers of the Grimhold dwarves, one of each generation is divinely ordained as their champion: The Orc %$$kicker. He is a battle hardened, proven expert slayer of orcs and the commander of the berserkers. There is only ever one Orc #$$kicker at a time. His mission in life is to defend his home when necessary, and seek orcs out away from home whenever possible. Though he is divinely chosen, he does not have to worship a particular god.
Creating the Orc #$$kicker
“Orc #$$kicker” is a template that can be added to any non-evil dwarf of Grimhold of at least 10th level, including at least 4 levels of cleric or paladin. He or she must also have personally slain a number of orcs equal to his character level x 5, and must have chosen the leadership feat. Cleric also becomes a favored class of Orc #$$kicker, as well as whatever favored class he already had. The character's proper name among dwarves changes to Orc #$$kicker. The character uses all its’ statistics and special abilities accept as noted below.
Special Attacks: Orc #$$kicker retains all the special attacks of his or her classes and those listed below.
Divine Rage (Su): Whenever he is battling orcs, Orc #$$kicker can enter a divine rage. During this rage he gains DR 6 and may make an extra attack each round at his highest base attack bonus, but with a -2 penalty to each attack. Every attack versus an orc is considered a smite attack (including spells), granting a +4 attack bonus and a damage bonus equal to Orc #$$kicker’s character level. In the case of spells, this is divine damage and is not subject to being reduced by protection from elements, fire shield, or similar magic. Orc #$$kicker may end the rage at will, but it immediately ends as soon as there are no orcs remaining in the battle.
While in this rage, Orc #$$kicker can not use any skills requiring concentration, such as move silently, craft, and handle animal. He also can not use the fight defensively or total defense actions, or use defensive feats such as expertise and off hand parry, and suffers a -2 penalty to AC.
Furious Charge (Ex): Once per day when in his divine rage, Orc #$$kicker may perform a furious charge. If he uses the charge action, he may make a number of attacks equal to his number of available attacks of opportunity against any opponent he passes while on the move, and still receive his normal attack at the end of the charge. Just like a charge he must continue moving in a straight line. If an opponent blocks him, the charge stops unless he is killed or overrun. Cleave, Great Cleave, and Supreme Cleave may be used in conjunction with furious charge, so long as he continues in a straight line. He can not use any more than one attack of opportunity on any one foe, as normal. Orc #$$kicker may make normal attacks, trips, unarmed attacks, touch attacks, overruns, bullrushes, or any combination thereof. He may not disarm during a furious charge. Orc #$$kicker may provoke attacks of opportunity as normal during a furious charge.
Smite of Oblivion (Su): Any orc slain by Orc #$$kicker can not be raised or resurrected by any means short of divine intervention, and can never be brought back as an undead.
Special Qualities: Orc #$$kicker retains all the special qualities his or her classes and those listed below.
Battle Cry (Sp): Anytime Orc #$$kicker is in his divine rage, he may choose to let loose a dwarven battlecry as a standard action. This may be a traditional or personal battlecry. Either way, it is divinely charged. He may choose to either Inspire Rage in his followers and cohorts within 30’, or strike his enemies with holy fury. Inspired followers and cohorts gain DR 3, and all attacks are considered orc bane attacks, gaining a +2 to attack and +1d6 damage. They also gain a +2 to will saves, but suffer a -2 penalty to AC. This attack and damage bonus includes melee attacks and any spells that do damage. Followers and cohorts can rage a number of rounds equal to 4 + Orc #$$kicker’s charisma modifier (if any). Afterwards, they are winded just like a barbarian.
If he chooses to take aim at his enemies, all opponents within a 20’ radius are effected as if by a Holy Smite spell. The area of effect must have at least one orc within it or the ability fails.
Battle Cry can only be used once per rage and once per encounter.
Combat Senses (Ex): Orc #$$kicker is impossible to gain flanking bonuses against, regardless of the opponent’s level.
Immunities (Ex): The Orc #$$kicker is immune to all mind-influencing spells and effecs from orcs.
Spell Bonus: Orc #$$kicker gains a +4 to the DC of his spells when they effect orcs. If a spell effects orcs and other opponents, the DC is raised only for the orcs.
Spell Resistance (Ex): Orc #$$kicker gains SR equal to his character level against spells cast by orcs and against items used by or made by orcs.
Saves: Same as character.
Abilities: Same as character.
Skills: Orc #$$kicker gains a bonus when dealing with orcs to the same skills a ranger of equal level would against his first favored enemy, with Intimidate added to the list. This bonus stacks with any bonus Orc #$$kicker has from the ranger class itself.
Feats: If the character has Great Cleave, he gains the Supreme Cleave ability. If he does not and gains Great Cleave later, he gains Supreme Cleave upon attaining his next level. Orc #$$kicker gains the +1 for special power and +2 for great prestige leadership score modifiers immediately if he does not have them already.
