FLGS owners?

Ok, I'm still trying to do the FLGS thing and I have some odd questions and I came here looking for help, as I don't quite have the money for GAMA yet.

Anyone who can help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm looking for some vague (but better than my estimates) numbers on what percentage of your monthly gross sales goes into CCGs, RPG books, Dice and Accessories, Tabletop Games if oyu have them, Minis, Etc.

Also, I know you guys don't know my city and all, but I'm looking at what kind of sales figures I might be looking at for the first 6 months to a year in a city of about 100,000 and a greater metro area of about 400,000.

Try GAMA

Unless you already have, I'd really suggest you talk to the folks of GAMA. They have a lot of information on starting your own FLGS and much of the GTS (GAMA Trade Show) is geared towards retailers, both established and new.
