Flowchart software?

I remember seeing a thread a little while back talking about flowcharting software to use for your games... however, I can't seem to find the thread. Does anyone either remember what softwares were suggested in that thread, or maybe have a few suggestions of their own? The free-er the better...

I generally use Microsfot Visio when I'm doing things like chase scenes, event scenes (say the party is in a sewer, maze of city), or other event based adventures.

I downloaded something called Edge Diagrammer a few days ago for a project I had with a complex flowchart that I was trying to simplify. I couldn't quite do it so my project didn't quite work out like I'd hoped - but the software works excellently for building flowcharts and rearranging them while maintaining the connections.
