Flurry of blows question.

Monks are allowed to add their full strength bonus to their Flurry of blows damage rolls, my friend has a monk of 3rd level so his attack bonus for his Flurry of blows attacks is +1/+1, is that it or can he add his strength bonus to every Flurry of blows attack roll? btw his str bonus is +3.

Yes, a monk's Str modifier applies to attack rolls, even for flurry of blows, as well as damage.

My first tip would be to read through the rules again, so you get the basic stuff such as the general rule that Str mod applies to all melee attack and damage rolls unless otherwise noted.

I was just confused by the monks ability, I rarely ever deal with monks, so I was making sure my friend would still apply his str bonus
