Flying Kick + Sandals of Tiger's Leap = Triple damage on a charge?

Sandals of Tiger's Leap grants the flying kick feat when worn much like cleaving weapons grant cleave and ring of evasion grants evasion.

That's an interpretation, if you like.

But where the cleaving weapon says "grants the wielder the use of the Cleave feat", the sandals simply say "allow the wearer to make a flying kick".

Rhino hide and shields wreck the monk's abilities.

Well, a/ we were being silly, and b/ we were proposing Rhino Hide in non-armor form.

A&EG has opened the door to Armor Special Qualities in Bracers... were simply taking it a step sillier and changing a specific armor item into a non-armor item.

Heh. Not to worry, Darklone. Both require you to be attacking with unarmed attacks to gain the double damage benefit. Unless you've got monk/paladins wandering around, no need to be too afraid.

You don't have monk/paladins everywhere? It's a horrific combination if you have high attributes.

I've actually considered playing a monk/paladin. It'd be fun if you had an appropriate setting. Not sure what the most efficient build would be, but it would be a fun character to try.

I'm still partial to paladin/rogues, though.

You can't bash with a Tower Shield.

You're just being silly! :)

But the Tower Shield only takes up one of your hands. You, of course, carry a large wooden shield in your other hand for bashing.
