the Silence spell is too low level, plain and simple

My favorite tactic was putting the Silence on the Ftr or Mnk, and having them corner the BBEG wizard. But considering the range of the spell, and the fact that a casting of it can be readied, pretty much means you can put it where-ever it causes the enemy the most disadvantge.
