font design, please?

I have some drawings of an alphabet for an upcoming book (Crystalmancy), and was wondering if anyone out there would like to try their hand at making a font out of it? We'd like to include the font as a free webhancement for the book, and are offering the Crystalmancy book and $40 worth of other EN e-products to the person who can make it happen.

Do you have the entire font already drawn out or just a few of the letters? Could you give us an example (or a couple) of what it looks like?

The entire font is drawn out, but not very nicely. The Font Artist would have to recreate the font from scratch, using the material we have as a baseline.
