I could have sworn that I saw a rule in the PHB saying that Small characters need less food than Medium-size characters, something on the order of 1/2 or 1/4, but I can't find it now that I look. Is it there, or am I just imagining things?
It means "All men must die" in High Valyrian, a language in the world of George R. R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series. High Valyrian was the language of the Freehold of Valyria, an extremely powerful civilization that ended about 400 years ago in the "Doom of Valyria," an event that has yet to be described in the books. High Valyrian became a kind of "classical" language, much like Latin in our world. "Valar Morghulis" also appears to be the motto of the Faceless Men, a mysterious organization of assassins based in the Free City of Braavos.
I was hopin' Valar morghulis ment "kiss ur butt good-bye", then u had the Iraqi flag underneth that. But it don't mean nuthin like that I don't reckon, oh well.
Oh. No, not that, I fear. I had the phrase there before the flag. The flag's just for the sake of being different, by the way, not to offer my moral support to any particular viewpoint.
