For all of you that will go outside tonight

Well still -25 to -27 degrees Celcius here (can someone please convert this to Fahrenheit aswell), no wind though so you can stay outside as long as you don't stand still.

That is -13 Fahrenheit.

It is quite easy to convert actually. Use this formula:

C=F/9*5-32

F=C/5*9+32

Funny thing is that -40 is the only temperature that is the same.

Oops... before I brag too much about the Florida warmth... my boss just warned us to be careful with our New Years celebration tonight. Apparently, there's a cold front and a warm low pressure system coming together that are supposed to collide over Central Florida around 11:pm. There are severe weather warnings being issued.

Luckily, my big New Years Eve plans include pajamas, a pillow, and a good book.... so I can scoff at the storms outside.

Actually, C = (F-32)/9*5

Using your conversion, try converting 100 C into F and then back again. See a problem?

What is funny about a linear function having one root?

Well, it's 10:00am on the 01/01/03 here now in Australia and it's 24c here thanks to the ducted air conditioning system we got installed a few months ago.

Do I win?

Well it is hotter here now (oh and morning with java aswell), only -15 C here (albeit it is a bit untable and has going between -10 and -20 the last hour). A new years is upon us, now run since this year will probably be our destruction (for every year that passes and the end of the world hasn't happened it is actually a greater chance for destruction of the earth).

[igore ramblings still getting my coffee here]
[oh and never drink both wine and beer at the same time]
[%&¤%%¤, headache]
