Are there any other game effects labeled "improved" in the game, and is that improvement consistently the same game effect?
I'm trying to see if perhaps the word "improved" alone can provide a meaningful hint as to what the OotA writer was thinking about...
For example, does "improved" often/always mean advantage? Does it give you a second roll?
