Message: <blockquote data-quote="Fenmarel" data-source="post: 2559835">Alot of people don't enter the email addy mainly for two reasons.......1) how many times have all of us given an email addy for something and the next thing you know your email is filled with junk ranging from house mortages to porn and 2) some presume FALSELY that if they don't put in an email then they can't get in trouble for some of the bs they might pull.  Though there are another group.....the ones that will do it later and never get to it.I strongly urge people to enter their email addy for their character using the method that Pou described.  I once had someone figure out my password, logged in with my character and changed it so that I wouldn't be able to play that character.  They didn't know about me having entered my email addy or how to adjust it so I was only inconvenienced for a couple of hours.I know a few players that make a word doc listing their passwords or keep them in journals.  I used to have all mine on a floppy.  Remember to keep your passwords safe and if you share an email account with someone else get your own.  If a password is mailed to you and they use your character in a manner that will get the character banned you're stuck.  Hard to prove that it was your brother, sister, wife, husband, gf or what have and not you isn't it?</blockquote>
