Forgotten Realms 4th edition

The Zentarim one is good. And yes, running straight through, it'll take you at least 8 hours, us it would have taken more if the store hadn't kicked us out :)

Note that the Zentarim one is part of a neat kind of series as well. There is a bonus Zentarim adventure.

Thanks all,

I am going to look at the LFR stuff and the scales of war path.. Maybe i shall make a small campaign world where the Scales of War is set in..

It's a shame Wizards only brings out two core books and one adventure.. maybe when they are done with all the settings they are going to create adventures..

I would actually suggest that Scales of War won't translate too well to FR. Finding the right mix of locations is difficult, not to mention it's just a really poor adventure path.

Some of the individual adventures and encounters are brilliant but it doesn't flow together like a true adventure path (or, more to the point, like an adventure path produced by Paizo). This is probably because WotC failed to appoint anyone to a "gatekeeper"-type role to ensure anything resembling continuity amongst the adventures.

Anyway, that's all IMO/YMMV etc....

I would actually recommend Paizo's Rise of the Runelords adventure path as almost perfect for FR. You could place these adventures in Returned Abeir or in any of the transposed lands and have the historical elements as being imports from Abeir.

Rise of the Runelords feels like a real adventure path, story-wise. While it is written for 3.5E, a fellow on the Paizo boards has done a terrific job on his blog of converting everything to 4E. It's definitely worth a look.
