Same for me, except replace "Mercykiller" with "Invoker". Sure, I'm curious about the Mercykiller, but only mildly.6 1/2 hours until the druid is released. Hmmm, I'm almost as curious to read the ToC to find out what a 4e "Mercykiller" is.

I want to say this is thread crapping.Maybe I should get my default response ready.
"I'm sorry that you're upset because [shapeshifting / nature magic / an animal companion] wasn't included in the 4e Druid. Please remember that there are two other Primal classes yet to be released, including the Shaman and the Warden. It si possible that, in order to better focus each class, [shapeshifting / nature magic / an animal companion] was given to one of those classes. Please keep an open mind about those classes, because you may find that you enjoy the better focus provided by focusing a class more specifically on [shapeshifting / nature magic / an animal companion]."

The normal D&D Druid never inspired me much... But with a new version means new chances to warp it into something I very much enjoy. I think I have more fun refluffling classes then I do reading about them. Thanks for the reminder, phaezen. And, like Rechan, I will be up. I work at home and at night and am usually up to around 3am, so I get all the WotC updates on the Google (reader). I just like saying "the google". I can't say I ever much liked druids myself, but one of my players, who may get to rejoin us soon, loves the class, so hopefully this iteration will be his cup of tea.
