I can see your point about the Goblin Horde feat. It seems a bit akward with the Reflex bonus. I would though choose to keep the penalty imposed on enemy archers when firing against one specific target inside the Horde.
The Tumble check might seem strange, but the thing I was trying to get forward, was the if he didn't constantly move and stay aware, he would become engulfed by the Horde. The more skilled the leader of the horde, the better the hordes chance of engulfing their target. But, alas, your suggestion is easier handled in game-terms, which is very important.
The Archery Box might be powerful if used by Rogues. But, you need five Rogues that have all taken it, which means they must have at least three feats, which means they must be level six or above. It would only work when they were all together, so I think the benefit they would gain is acceptable. Remember, they must be within five feet they are "ripe" targets for fireballs and suchs.
