The Scion Queen Mother in Mechanus is at the same level of an archfiend, if you believe the Manual of the Planes.

I kind of think Clarity in Arcadia should be, too, though that's just my opinion.

The Scion Queen Mother in Mechanus is at the same level of an archfiend, if you believe the Manual of the Planes.

It says she 'claims' the power of an Intermediate Deity and is served by 33 Gargantuan Queens of Maximum Advancement (40 HD).

If I was detailing her forces, I would probably give the Scion Queen Mum 72 HD (Intermediate Power), give her 11 Formian Queen Handmaidens (36 HD Demipowers) and 111 Royal Guards (Advanced 24 HD Myrmarch Quasi-deities).

There is a LN god of Grayhawk who has industriousness and insects in her portfolio. She seems like a natural for the formians.
