Honestly, I use all of them. Complete Divine has the Favoured Soul, Radiant Servant, Holy Liberator, a bunch of nice feats (Rapid Spell, Divine Metamagic, Augment Healing), I like the ideas for the relics, etc...

Yes, it is the weakest of the books, but I still find it useful.

The rest just get devoured by my players. ;)

Cheers!

Pretty much was I was going to say. The relics are a great idea and to be honest, I wish they would start using them in other products. I'd love to see some more Greyhawk stuff, but at the same time, it'd be cool to see some Silver Flame specifics or some special Axe of Tempus.

I'm much happier with the Complete... series than the Races of... series. The Complete... series at least inspired some things IMCs whereas the Races of... books kept making me wonder why I waste money on D&D....

My group has extensively used Complete Warrior and Complete Adventurer, and Complete Arcane's warlock seems to be the default class for "majorly powerful enigmatic NPC" - both campaigns we've had since Complete Arcane came out, under two different GMs, have used it for that purpose.

The last campaign even got use out of Complete Divine, since we faced an Ur Priest villain. I don't have CD, though, and probably wouldn't make much use of it as either a GM or a player.

I voted for Arcane (the warlock is my fire!) and Warrior (for a variety of reasons). I didnt care for Divine all that much, even though my favorite class (when I actually play instead of GM) is Cleric. I do not own Adventurer, so no comment.

I have read through the books at my friend's store and, like Psychic Warrior, did not find any of them to be must haves. However, of the books, Complete Warrior would be the most useful, because I would allow more material from it into a game. The other books have relatively little material that I would allow.

right. Before I start rambling on, I have to make a note of something. Nearly everyone I have known who plays D&D have always gone 'Blah, complete divine isn't really that good. I've found better.' So when I suggested once again returning to my dwarven clerical role, only to find out that the majority of the party turned out to be fighter types: we have our ranger, fighter, barbarian, samurai/kensai, rogue, no spell casters except me, I thought I was slightly screwed. I had wanted to develop my char to be a fighter type with super buffing spells for himself so he could kick the backside of anything around him. Aaaaand maybe healing a little here and there. Which would have rocked. But thanks to the way the party was, I was destined to become the healer of the party, and my chance in the spotlight was doomed.

Then my good old DM introduced me to the Complete Divine series.

One look at Radiant Servant and already I was hyped up. Lesser hit points, BAB wouldn't be good, but essentially I would become the super healer type. Nooooo problem. With feats such as Divine Metamagic, and Domain spontaniety, I have become more valuled in the party than I cared to notice. Specialising in Healing and the destruction of Undead has completely revamped my thoughts on the cleric completely. Not to mention the rather neat Relics rule thing that enables me to carry around some pretty hefty Items in exchange for a spell slot.

I admit it, it isn't all good and right. some spells are kinda broken in there ((but not even half-as-broken as the Com. Adventurers clerical spell that removes your armour penalty for a couple of minutes!)), but all in all, its great for finding the perfect buffing spell to use in situations. and the extra Domains, abeit being slightly dull, do have some good access to newer and better spells. So, even though have to use it in conjunction with Book of Exalted Deeds for a good range of spells, all in all, I have to say complete divine isn't half as bad as you people think. Just pick a divine character, and watch him work his magic.

Whisper Gnomes man! It's all about the Whisper Gnomes.

Well, that and the racial substitition levels...

And 'kewl' exotic weapons for the new races.

Well... considering that I've only used one feat out of Complete Arcane and nothing from the other books yet, can I accurately vote in this poll?

As far as material I WANT to use, there's large amounts in Complete Adventurer and Complete Arcane that I want to use, some snipits of stuff in Complete Divine that look good (despite my general dislike of the book...), and some more stuff in Complete Warrior that look good too.

I guess all of the above...
