Two players in one of my 2e campaigns (a half-elven Clr of Tempus who thereafter converted to Bane, and a human berserker from Rashemen) once sold out a Harper they were supposed to work with to the Zhentarim, and then helped torture him to death. I don't remember the particulars, but it had to do - among other things - with molten lead on the man's...private parts.
