FR gods in the Generic D&D cosmology

I want to use the old Generic (PS) cosmology for my FR campaign, and the question came up as to what planes the FR gods live on. Is there a resource that shows who and where these gods are?

The 2E book, "Faiths and Avatars" listed the name of their personal domain and the plane it was on.

There was a book in PS 2E that had an appendix listing all the gods from published sources, their domains, and so on.

Can't for the life of me remember what it was, though.

(My collection is gone, being slowly auctioned off.)

They changed the names of the planes in 3e. So the names of the planes in "faiths and avatars" might be a bit confusing.

Plus the FR's have a different cosmology in 3e from the generic D&D setting.

They sort of changed the names of the planes in 3e. What they did was combined the 2e and 3e names. So instead of the Concordant Domain, or the Outlands, you now have the Concordant Domain of the Outlands. Instead ot Tarterus, or Carceri, you now have the Tarterian depths of Carceri.

Yeah, I dont like the new cosmology, because it does not jive with a lot of what was written in 2e materials which I still use. That is why I want to use the original cosmology.

No FR gods are mentioned in the 3e MoP.

I have some planescape materials, and I can get Faiths and Avatars pretty cheap.

One of the posters (the one with all the faction symbols) that came with the PS box has a large list of different Gods and what planes they occupy. While some Toril Gods are listed, the list is by no means exhaustive.

So we have two sources:

On Hallowed Ground
Faiths and Avatars

What does Powers and Pantheons cover?
