FR Underdark...Am I Crazy???

Page 70 of the 'Underdark' book has an armor special ability 'Xorn Movement' which references a spell that should be in the spell section of the same name....I can't find it!!!! I've looked a dozen times! Am I missing something here???

BTW, Inquisitor of the Drowning Goddess gets mark of the outcast at 4th level. But his class description doesn't give details. Another omission...

I don't have it with me, but there's the possibility that the spell is in Player's Guide to Faerun.
