Brichester University Press, publishers of THE BLACK SEAL are pleased to announce the availability of a freely downloadable PDF containing the d20 Call of Cthulhu stats for all the NPCs and monsters in the second issue of THE BLACK SEAL, which is also now available from good UK games stores and on-line retailers. THE BLACK SEAL is a modern horror gaming magazine devoted to exploring the Delta Green and Cthulhu Now genre settings for Chaosium Inc.’s Call of Cthulhu role-playing game. THE BLACK SEAL’s writers have contributed to a number of Pagan Publishing and Chaosium Inc. Call of Cthulhu products.
