Free PDF Weekend!

No doubt! It is fun to see what various companies come up with as freebies. Sometimes it becomes a chance for them to put out something small to test the water for a new line or to get something out that they do not feel could make for a full-sized project. Lots of possibilities! :)
Mark,
How about I put up Supers Inc? Is there are format to this insanity or can anyone join in?;)

Thanks,
Bill

Just join right in, Bill. Supers Inc would be a great addition and I am sure people will love it, as I have seen it myself. All PDF publishers, or even print pubs with some sort of PDF offering, are welcome to be a part of this annual event. All the better for the customers!

Tabletop Adventures will be participating in Free PDF Weekend. We will be offering "Bits of Magicka: Pocket Items" on our website from Saturday through Monday. This free product will allow people to familiarize themselves with our "Bits of Magicka" line, unique magic items complete with histories and statistics which started with "Bits of Magicka: Mystic Writings" and continues in September with "Bits of Magicka: Rings and Jewels."

Pocket Items sounds intriguing. I seem to remember a Hobbitses that was tricksy about something it had in its pocketses once . . .

Thanks for joining in! :)

I can't find it.

Make sure you let me know when the Destinations products are available. I want to start a new Traveller campaign, so I hope the Starport one is out soon.

Sorry, folks. Our webminion was sick yesterday and many beatings did not improve his health. However, our offering for Free PDF Weekend was available as of about 7:30 this morning. Just go to our website, www.tabletopadventures.com and see the announcement on the front page.

"Bits of Magicka: Pocket Items" is a collection of 20 items that fit in a pocket or pouch, ranging from the merely unusual to the downright weird. But the author wasn’t able to stop himself there; for the aspiring pickpocket he also included the mark who owns each item. Author Greg Ragland has included 20 delightful pockets or pouches for conniving thieves to pick, the item in each, a brief description of the NPC who owns the item, what else is in the person's pocket, and what he or she is likely to do when the magic item turns up missing.

This free product is also available from Your Games Now.

If you like "Pocket Items," you should also check out "Bits of Magicka: Mystic Writings," the first product in this series, which is also available from Tabletop Adventures.

Our recent website update finally lists all of our Destinations products which are currently available, including a space-borne repair station and two planet-side spaceports. They are stat-free and usable in almost any futuristic setting, so they should suit Traveller very well. You can see all four of the available product on the Destinations page of our web site.

In other news: the minions of Tabletop Adventures have started a blog in an attempt to be more timely with announcements and product information in between web site updates, and to have more opportunities to interact with the wider gaming community. We invite you to stop by and see it in its early stage, and come back often with comments or questions. No registration is required to comment, though we would be happy to know who our visitors are.

Augment your imagination, with products from Tabletop Adventures! Buy it Today, Play it Tonight!

Pocket Items is pretty cool. I like all the ideas and hooks you can use them for as well. Plus the variety is stuff most DM's would ignore, such as scribes and their inks, or cheese. Mmmm, cheese. I'll have to buy the rest of the series. I also noticed the way things are described its also pretty system neutral. Granted, you use 3E terminology and spot checks, but you use it so minimilistically (is that a word? Well it is now!) that it would be easy to use in other game systems.

The Destinations series looks real nice too. Hopefully I will be downloading at least two of them soon.
