Modiphius released a quickstart for their Roman Empire meets Lovecraftian Mythos RPG Cohors Cthulhu. The set includes a 17-page abridged version of the 2d20 System, a 6-page setting primer, 33-page adventure, and 6 pre-generated characters.

And if that wasn’t enough, Modiphius also posted the quickstart for Dreams and Machines. This post-apocalyptic RPG takes place after a war between humans and machines in a scarred planet with mechs who lay dormant and can awaken at any time to bring destruction.

EN Publishing released two sets of tokens ready for virtual tabletops for Level Up: Advanced 5th Edition. The first set is the Holdenshire NPC Tokens featuring almost 50 NPC tokens for the town residents from the starter adventure Memories of Holdenshire and the recently Kickstarted campaign To Save a Kingdom. The second set features over 170 monster tokens from Level Up: Monstrous Menagerie.

The Green Ronin RPG Modern AGE doesn’t seem to get as much love as it should, and Augusto Farias has something for those of us who love the system with Not So Innocent Streamer Girl, a pre-gen or NPC ready to use with 10 adventure seeds and a VTT-ready token.

Menagerie Press has an adventure for the OSR game Shadowdark titled Tomb of the Hunters as a 5-room mini-dungeon worth about 6-8 XP.

Elf Lair Games released a quickstart for their new RPG Wasted Lands: The Dreaming Age set in a world where the Old Ones have disappeared in an instant leaving behind their shining kingdoms from which humanity now rules.

For those who want to add a bit of sci-fi their Old-School Essentials games, G.B. MacKenzie Books has Age of Wonders, a science fantasy setting and rules for the Magiverse that takes OSR to the stars.

If you’re looking for a new character option for CY_BORG that reminds me of Troma movies and other schlock horror, VX2 posted Vat-grown Chicken-clone featuring options for humanoid chickens including waffles, crispy nuggets, wild wings, and more.

Zakariah is turning into a regular here on these columns (and this isn’t the only time he shows up this week) and he’s back with The Bleeding Spear, a rather creepy legendary magic weapon great as a reward for a bloodthirsty player with the potential to become the centerpiece to its own story arc in your campaign.
