Freeform Adventures (again)

Does anyone remember when Dantain and I tried to start up Freeform Adventures but decided not to run it because the lack of interest? I remember a few dissapointed people out there...

Well, I've grown bored. I need to do something, so I thought maybe this would get a better audience in a second attempt and during the summer.

What I'd like to know, before I even think about planning anything is who would be interested and with a serious commitment to the session you sign up for. It's a good way to make me a non-friend, break a commitment to me.

The only problem I forsee will be this: because I live in Europe and the majority of the chatters live on the North American continent, we have a time problem. I will not stay up into the ungodly hours of the night to do this, I won't even stay up late to do chat hosting. So that means it can only happen on Saturday or Sunday. I am willing to run the game any time on those days up to 6 pm EST. No later. And that also leaves all day open as an option as well.

I'd like to hear some feedback and time options, please, from those interested. Cheers.

I'm available Friday nights after 8pm eastern (Which isn't any good for you Bails) and nearly all day Saturdays and Sundays (Baring any necessary Wedding stuff heh).

Okay, this is what I'm guessing so far:

Twice a month, the first and third Saturday or Sunday, anytime before 6 pm EST. Maybe Friday if more preferred, though must start before 6 pm EST.

Comments on that?

Oh! I'd love to do this! I'd certainly attend these. I won't be able to do any anytime soon, I don't have real free time until something stupid like september, but in a few month's time certainly I would love to come to these. Weekends are better for me. Like Bailsy, I'm a European, so earlier is better... particularly Sunday night (afternoon for you Americans), as I have the educational institute to attend the next day. But certainly, I want to lend my support to this.

And a cheer for Bailey! Hip, hip, horaaay!

That was appreciably random. Anyway... So, Bails? (I hate timezone changings things), what time GMT is 6 pm EST? 11 pm, right? Or am I nuts?

The EST time zone is 5 hours behind GMT. Which means 5pm GMT is noon here.

Hmm, how long do you think these would go, Bailey, hon? It sounds almost like a campaign... if it goes too far into the start of college, I may have to bail... my internship this year is going to absorb at least 16 hours a week, probably more because I am unfamiliar with the programming languages/open source stuff they want us to use for development.... and I'll be registered for 13 hours of other classwork, too.
