Freelance Submissions

I have what I believe is a fairly solid concept for a d20 book. While self-publishing electronically is an option I would rather use that as a last resort. Which publishers out there accept freelance proposals?

Dark Quest welcomes new proposals with the following restrictions.


Adventures: We only work with city based adventures, or undercity based ones.

Settings: Please do not propose a world setting to us. We welcome island/continent settings that may be placed within a greater world setting, but we are not currently looking for a whole world setting.

We accept submissions, as well. Just not world-concept ideas. We've got a few of those already cooking. However, details of a specific area of the world are another thing altogether.
