AoA Audio Extractor is free, works a treat, and is fairly easy to use as these things go, too. A nice extra feature is that you can convert any section of the video file you like (or the whole thing, by default.)
You'll need a ripper to get the video from DVD format to something like AVI, MPG, Flash or whatever (it's pretty versatile that way.)
But there are a few of those around, if you don't already have one. I usually use Internet Video Converter (also available elsewhere,) because it does just about anything to just about anything (including DVDs.)
