I almost thought this episode would end up being "Fringe does Groundhog Day", though it was averted when the 3rd time jump didn't go back to the train.

I was very impressed that the show did not cheap out and reveal the secret to Peter and then undo it all with a timejump reset. Of course, it looks like he finds out this week, so it might have been too close...
