I just started DMing a Rulehacked D20/David the Gnome/D&D/Fraggle Rock/Hackmaster/Fairy Meat/Aliens/Loonytoons Mongrel of a game Thursdays at AASU in Savannah Ga.
Basically, the Second least experinced player is the onlyone with enough time to be at the game regularly, So he is DMing.

To save time the first night on PC creation, I pregeneated the PCs and assigned them to players by die roll. "This is a Roleplaying game. Here is your role." Of course the intellectual file got the 1/2 ork ("no, no, I refuse to play your PC form the last game...") the Marine got the pacifist cleric, the 6 ft guy who usually plays paladins got the female hafling thief ("curly ginger locks???? WTF?), and the least experienced player got the dyslesic mage.
So that they would have a reason to by hanging out together, I started them all off alone and lost in a forest fire.
The next game session, all but the mage had to be at work, and I ended up with just the mage and a new player. So i decided to do a prequel set before the forest fire.
I told the new guy to make up a pc of any class not already in play and I would assign a race not already in play after he made it. (I was hoping for a gnome fighter). He choose to make a monk. I was going to roll a D4 to determine race, but we didn't have one, So I added 2 EQ races to the chart, and of course he rolled a 5.
So now I have a froglock D&D type monk in my game. Not having an everquest book onhand i just appoximated using a bullywog.
We had a nice 4 encounter night (party of Elf bandits: 3 of them wood elfs with shortbows, one of them a Romulan with a crossbow, led by a drow wearing raybands; a rouge male jackolope {so now i have to track lunar cycles in game}; 3 stirges; and a passal of killer frogs) and called it a night after starting the forest fire (getting away from the frogs).
So here is my problem: I popped down to media play the next day to take a peak at the EQ book for stats for a froglock.....
No such animal in EQRPG!!!
So how do I convert the EQII froglock into a PC race?
