Would this book be of any use in a low-magic setting? From what I've read so far, it just seems like another book full of PrC's, spells, monsters, etc with a cold/ice that I'll probably never use anyway. Am I wrong?

I'm thinking of setting my homebrew in a place like Mongolia or Tibet. It's cold (very cold) there but not necessarily icy and snowy all the time. Would this be of any help to me or am I better to just go and get books from the library.

This Frost and Fur book sounds interesting though. Maybe I'll check that out.

Nah, better to avoid making the -burn suffix a convention.

It was a very bad joke based on Sun Burn. But thats what you get when bunged up with cold and posting at 3 in the morning.

The first 30 pages would be very (extremely?) useful to you. After that, not much.
