WOIN FTL Travel and the time it takes

Hello guys. I'm wanting to start a WOIN N.E.W. campaign, with space travel. I'm confused as to how to calculate the time it takes to travel.

The table on page 200 tells you how long it takes to travel 1 parsec at each FTL speed.

So at FTL-5 it takes 10 days to travel 1 parsec.
