This spreadsheet is fairly simple. Enter the FTL factor in the yellow box, and it will output the time it takes to travel one parsec in days, minutes, hours, or seconds (these four are all equivalent - you just choose whichever unit is appropriate).
(Now updated so you can optionally enter a distance; by default it tells you how long it takes to travel one parsec, but now you can ask it how long it takes you to travel any distance at any FTL factor.)
