Full Blown Orc

Appleseeth

First Post
Alright, I've got another race built up. This time I've taken the Orc from the MM, buffed them up a bit and gave them plenty of stuff to work with. It's my first shot at the stuff, so I'd like someone else to take a look and let me know if they or their powers are under/over powered. There's flavour, feats and two paragon paths in there.

Any comments would be useful, thanks.

ANCIENT RIVALRIES

bonuses against specific races are out in 4E

SAVAGE RESILIANCE

seems a bit strong for a heroic feat

WEAPONS OF WAR

Neither dwarves nor eladrin have + str. Their feats make up for it. Orcs don't need such a feat.

When you spend an action point to take an extra action, you also add one-half your level to the damage dealt by any of your standard action attacks this turn.

Basic attacks?

Bloody Eviscerator

That's quite a lot of tracking and rolling for not much damage

Ok, I got "rid" of ancient rivalries, replaced it with "Blessings of War", which is still combat dependent, but probably more interesting.

I based Savage Resilience on the Dragonborn racial ability, but realized after your comment generalhenry that Dragonborn don't get a boost to Con. I think it is still reasonable, it is more powerful than the Dragonborn ability, and the +2 surge feat, but its a racial feat, which should be more powerful, and I only added the skill bonuses to the base race.

I'll agree on Weapons of War, so I changed it so that orcs can just throw any axe instead.

The action point thing is the same from the Pit Fighter fighter paragon path.

Finally, Bloody Eviscerator I just changed to do 4 extra damage. That's about average anyway.

Please people, let me know if there are any more concerns with this race. thanks for the help.
