Fully psionic fantasy campaigns?

In my game, we've found powers that protect or directly attack one's mind to be more than enough to emulate psionic combat. After some sessions, everyone was planning on taking Iron Will as the next feat of choice. It was strange like a generally sub-optimal choice became really good once they're taking mind thrusts at almost all combats... :)

Huh, I often find Iron Will an attractive feat for the weak will save classes. My world of Warcraft jungle troll barbarian took it right after extra rage.

Empathic Transfer + Vigor does give you some healing capacity, although not as potent as a Cleric. If you're playing in Eberron though, Psionic Repair Damage kicks ass at healing Warforged, much better than Cure spells! An alternative is to get some rats and use Hostile Empathic Transfer on them.

Strange... in my own campaigns, players see it as a sub-optimal choice. Barbarians, who gain no bonus feats and have a bonus on will saves while raging, are even less willing to take it.
