[FUN] Silly Character Concepts

The Receptionist - Super-speed typing, but no other powers. She worked behind a desk, and on that desk was a brass name-plate, which read "The Receptionist". And lo, a legend was born.

The Lone Hydrangea - She could turn into plants. Inanimate plants.

Cancer Man - Chain smoking hero who fervently believed that he could inflict terrible cancer on wrongdoers who hit him. The cancers would kick in in 20-30 years. Probably. (His powers had the drawback "May not actually exist" on the character sheet...)

The Break - Could gain the powers, ability and knowledge of any TV character. When their programme was on commercial break.

These are all NPCs from my DC game from years back. They actually rescued the main party once.

I thought it was a silly concept when I came up with it, but it worked out pretty well in play:)

Boogeyman

Teleportation (Flawed to "only when in a closet/Under a bed")
Mind Control (Flawed to "Fear" only, with Triggered "Paralyzation" extra)
Natural weapon (Claws & Fangs)
As I recall, isn't that actually your alias, TB? ;)

(j/k, still luuuuh ya baby)

The first two are or should be offensive in a variety of ways. But really funny when I was in HS.

Headbut Boy

He is the chief of all sidekicks, commanding awe and respect from all second fiddles. His super power is a single powerful headbutt. He has no other powers of attacks on any note. He has a flap on the back of his costume - think 1900's longjohn flap.

Gasman
A speed hero, his metabolism is many times that of ordinary men. The problem is that he must consume fats and oils to burn as energy. So he consumes sticks of butter at every oppertunity. He is also lactose intorerant, hence the name.

Super possum
an anthmorphic gaint possum
Powers - puffing up to look dangerous, painful bite, climbing skills, playing dead.
Disadvantages
takes damage from crossing streets. has been known to climb up and across traffic lights to avoid being struck by cars.
