As a young child, the drow necromancer Felhariel was drawn to fey creatures. When she caught a pixie after sneaking out to the surface once night, she was fascinated with its tiny diaphanous wings. She wanted those wings for herself. So, she pulled them off.
Then Felhariel spent a long time – a very long time – trying to bring the pixie back to life.
Fundead is a collection of concepts centred around fey undead, for Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition. It includes a drow necromancer fey hunter able to create these ‘fundead’ as she terms them, two variant spells to raise fey undead, a new magic item to imbue unusual qualities into fey undead, and a selection of the fey undead themselves including pixie rot zombies, dryad vampire spawn and the spwight.
