I wonder where Fry and Leela's relationship will be when the new episodes begin?

Don't get me wrong, I love Futurama, but isn't this a bit pricey? I mean, it's essentially 3 episodes, for $30 list? Amazon's $20 price makes it more tempting, but then I have to push something else in to get the free shipping.

I have the entire series on DVD, and I want to support the return of Futurama, but I may end up Netflixing these, with an option to purchase if/when they are bundled.

The DVD movies (Bender's Big Score and three more) will also be chopped up and re-edited, mixed with a bit of new material, to form somewhere around 16 TV episodes which will air on Comedy Central.

Three episodes?

running time (from amazon) says 88 min. Typical, I believe, 30 min shows are between 22-24 min without commercials.
So that might be 4 episodes.

That, plus the description of "this, plus 3 other movies, will be chopped up for 16 episodes on Comedy Central" implies an average of 4 episodes per movie.

So (not that it is a huge difference) just explaining it _might_ actually be 4 episode's equivalent rather than 3.

:)
