Thought I'd drop a line in here: I'm putting the finishing touches on Cosmic Fury, a Blood and Space book featuring futuristic martial arts (such as Beam-sword fencing). The book is compatible with out Blood and Fists sourcebooks as well.

Endorsement Notice: Products that I own and feel are especially useful are marked with **.

New Tribes: Shape Memory Polymers **

Thanks for the vote of love, Phil. Unfortunately, this product hasn't seen good sales, but we've got a second one lined up for release once I get some art together for it. It was a lot of fun to write, but it took me forever to do it for some reason. I started working on it at the same time as I started on BlackHammer Firearms 1.

I have this problem all of the time. It's frustrating when the product I had the most fun writing doesn't sell very well.

Funny, I really liked that supplement for New Tribes. I found the most original and intruiging out all of them. That and I had some fond Cyberpunk flashbacks. My only real quibble was the fact that almost all if not all (too lazy to look at the file) the items required heat treating to return to thier original shape. Of course I solved that by saying they just need an appropiate electrical charge applied instead. As feedback I suggest making a weapon gadget for shape-memory polymer weapons.

If you want to know more about Nausicaa go here:

Nausicaa description at Amazon

Thank you thank you thank you for that link!

I had no idea that an unedited version of Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind was even in the offing, and I've checked and a UK DVD is due for release next week. In its earlier heavily edited "Warriors of the Wind" edition it has remained my favourite animation over the two decades since I first saw it.

Thank you, lyonstudio!
