After another minute of speaking quietly to one another, the two Generals turned to look over the team that had joined them. Hawk nodded at the armed guard at the door, who stepped outside of the room and secured the hatch behind him. The room became instantly silent. Hawk spoke in his deep, gravely voice. "Joes, this is General Saunier. I've known him since we attended the War College together back in... well that's not really important right now." Hawk smiled at his near lapse in judgement. "General Saunier is overseeing a series of operations in North Africa and he has come across something he would like our help with."
General Saunier stepped forward and handed two identical folders to the team. "Men, my units have been operating in this area for the last 17 months. We have made some good progress in cleaning things up. However, there is still a lot of activity we have trouble identifying the source of. In particular is a factory complex in Egypt. It has been suspected for some time that chemical weapons are being created or at least stored there. We have been unable to verify that. We have sent a covert team in but they were unable to infiltrate far enough into the complex."
"Last week one of our observation teams produced the photo in the back of the folders I just handed you. As you can see for yourselves the photo is of 5 men dressed in blue, urban, camo pattern BDUs. You will notice in the enlargement that one of those men is passing a folder to a staff member of the factory in question. In the next enlargement you will see that the folder clearly has Cobra markings on it."
General Saunier paused for a moment to let the team examine the photos.
