Galactica=YAY!

I'm as happy as a Cylon in a Radio Shack that is having a sale.

I am usually very flip when I post here, but in all seriousness I hope they some how can have a “Count Iblis” arch. That episode from the original series was so intriguing in its implications; I hope they do it again somehow. They were able to do the Pegasus again. Granted, there are additional challenges to redoing to Iblis story line, but it should be possible.

Battlestar What?

I remember a show called that, but I haven't seen it what seems a long time, maybe even weeks.

I do not understand the thinking of Sci-Fi, we have a hit show so let's take it off the air and not show it for several months!

Why do I get the feeling that someone in a suit thought that was a great idea?

The guy must have a cousin that works at the Cartoon Channel, Justice League divison.

Yes, yes...it sounds correct. Maybe we should go there and confirm this, with bats in our hands, no?

Honestly, with a 20 episode season, I find myself preferring two 3 month breaks in a year to one of 6 months or more.

Perhaps it is the agony of waiting for the new Doctor Who season that puts this in the front of my mind. At least we get the Christmas invasion shortly.

Great to hear. I have a feeling the S2 finale will involve Pres. Roslin's death. Which will have some important ramifications for the show.

I suspect you are incorrect. While her health is definitely deteriorating, they have announced that the 3rd season was picked up with the full cast, including Mary McDonnel.

And I suspect that in one of the coming weeks, scifi will do a full Friday night with nothing but BSG, much like they've done for the various Stargate shows in the past couple weeks. I'm happy I have the season 1 DVDs. Gives me something to watch while waiting for the new ones.

OK. This season crap is killing me.

How about we do this: Rotating shows!

Week 1: BSG
Week 2: SG1
Week 3: SGA

Rotate as needed, and show reruns for the other two when not a new episode week for that series.

Every week you have something to look forward to, and the other two shows will be watched by pure inertia of lazy sci-fi syndrom.

Frankly I do not mind the scheduling, and since it is designed so that the SCI Fi shows are not competing with the Big Networks, it only means that these shows will go on.
