I've been reading the Conan RPG (Atlantean Edition and 2e), and it looks like alot of fun, I'd like to use the system for my next game (though maybe in my own setting). However, I haven't seen it in play yet, so I'm looking for some input on things to look out for.
In particular, I'm looking for input on any classes, races, or feats, that were underpowered compared to the rest. If anything was glaringly more powerful, thats useful too, but I mostly want to make sure I dont have any players design a character who looks good until it sees play and then is very underwhelming. I've had that happen a few times, and it results in one player with an incompetent character, and the other players complaining that that guy isnt pulling their own weight.
Any suggestions on what's wrong with a class/feat/whatever and how to fix it is greatly appreciated.
I'll start with what I've heard so far: Supposedly Borderer is the worst class. Why is that?
