Call of Emo: It'll all end in tears.

(Okay, so there's no real Emo game, but darn it, there should be!)

Just use Vampire, but don't give the characters any bonuses or access to disciplines ;) :p

D&D: The Gathering
Where all races, classes, levels, feats, skills, spells, equipment, and whatnot are on cards you have to buy in random boosters. This should never be made, except as a joke.

In fact, I got some hilarious results out of posting that as an April Fools in my own message boards, and I think it was done here and on the Wizards page, too.

Actually, considering the widespread acceptance of 'proxy' cards in casual Magic (for those unaware of the term, it refers to photocopied/printed out versions of cards which are inserted in a plastic sleeve with a real card so the copied text can be seen, but the regular card back) and the absence of any way to have a 'tournament scene' in RPGs as currently concepted, this wouldn't be nearly as bad as it sounds at first blush.

The game would likely be a commercial failure for this reason, but it could actually have a beneficial effect: Anything that encourages 100% adoption of cleanly templated cards rather than rulebooks at the table gets my vote. :D Talk about speeding up play!

Lord of the Rings Toss: Hours of fun with hobbits at carnivals

Panzer Chutes & Ladders: "I rolled a 2! Back to Stalingrad!"

Starship Troopers of the Spanish Main: "Pirates, Mr. Rico! Zillions of 'em"

C'thulu-noia Roulette LARP: Comes complete with PC running Windows 3.1, guns, ammo, HappyJoyFood, and squid hats.

Dungeonopoly: "Your elf just landed on Smaug Place- slay him with your +1 longsword or you owe me 4000GP!"

Anyway, in the spirit of the thread:

Little Dungeons
The game of confronting childhood fears, killing them and taking their stuff.
(D&D + Little Fears, obviously)

1337: The Pwning
The PCs are in ur base, killin ur dudez as 1337 h4x0rz. It will take all your skillz0rz to triumph over the hidden dark forces of the supernatural. But - ZOMG! - can a character retain his Coherence as he becomes more and more 1337?
(Hunter: The Reckoning + pretty much every online game ever made)

Uno: The Gathering
Stack your deck with expensive rares like Draw 4s to stick it to your opponents, or take the safer, budget root and create a deck full of 1s and 2s so a bad hand won't sink you?
(Magic: The Gathering + Uno)

Call of Cluethulu: "I think it was Dagon...in the study...with...wh...huh...OMIGODOMIGODOMIGGggggggjhhhhhhh........."

Magic: Texas Hold 'Em: Announcer "Ok...Karlie has a Counterspell and a Mountain. She folds. Stevens has a Swamp and a Dark Ritual. He bids $2000. Dunstan has a pair of Elvish Rangers. He calls. Here's the flop- Its a pair of Llanowar Elves and a Gaia's Cradle! Stevens raises $20,000- that's a hell of a bluff...and Dunstan is ALL IN! No hesitation!
