Suggestion for the NPC area:
First/second line: Name of NPC, class/level: One or two sentence description.
Third line: Requirements in order to run NPC.
This would make it much simpler for those of us who DON'T like to use supplements to find NPCs to use. Submitters could be encouraged (but not required) to post NPCs as two formats, one that accepts anything, and one as a core (PHB, DMG, MM) only. Custom prestige classes or races or whatever could directly link to that from the appropriate section.
Ultimately, if there were a good programmer on board, it would be nice to put in your preferences for searching for NPCs. For instance, "Core + SaF + DotF + R&R + custom" will turn up only NPCs that do not use anything outside that.
I vote that you call it D20 Cafeteria, and you shall be called D20 Lunchlady. Don't forget your hairnet. I am a graphic designer who is a little light on the programming, too! So, for whatever that's worth, drop me an e-mail should you need something.
