No, it doesn't release for another week or 2. We just got Dungeon #128. The Dragon is sitting at the distributors, but they can't ship until Paizo is sure all the subscribers can get their copies first.

We as a store subscribe (preorder) to 4 dozen a month. That number is down by nearly 1/2 since Paizo started this policy. Similar cutback on Dungeon.

Well, to be fair, it used to be that the subscriber would get their issues first back in the day and slipped for a while where the store was getting their copies before the subscriber by like weeks.
