The Strategist was always hit-or-miss, depending on whether the guy who resembles a chipmunk (very friendly and helpful) or the surly fat beardo (the owner, IIRC) is behind the counter.
According to my wife,one of them was in a wheelchair last time she stopped by, so that may
account for the mess/funk.
I still mourn for my one-time fave shops, Fantasy Forum and Trains, Planes and Games (Arlington), both of which have long-since gone out of business.
