Gaming Frontiers Volume 2 has shipped!

GF Jeff

First Post
Gaming Frontiers Volume 2 has shipped from the printer. The book will be present at the GAMA Trade Show in Las Vegas March 18-21. It will be making it's way to distributors by the end of the month and be available in your better gaming retail stores by the beginning of April. Support your local retailer (and us) by requesting Gaming Frontiers by name. They are more likely to order the book if they know that you will buy it.

Thanks, and good gaming.

Congrats! Second one is always harder than the first (because you have to deal with all that business junk).

We can have a drink and celebrate in Vegas.

I can't wait to see the second edition of GF!

Hard8, I don't think that anyone from UPT is going to Vegas. I will be helping them to hock their wares at GAMA (as well as our own) so I look forward to meeting you.

Missing out on an opportunity to knock one back with you does indeed pain me, Dave. Thanks for the kind words - Volume 2 was a beast to wrestle with, but ended up at 20 pages larger than Volume 1 with the same price, so I guess we managed to do something right. Enjoy hocking with Doug from Mystic Eye Games (or Don, his alias), who has been kind enough to agree to represent us there.

Well, I just got my personal copy of Gaming Frontiers Volume 2 fresh off the press, and the final page count is 160 full-color pages with only 6 full-page ads. Let me say that again - 160 pages - 6 ads. That's 154 pages of full-color exclusive d20 publisher and fantastic freelance d20 content, for the same price as before.

For those who missed it the first time (or the second or third), publishers included in Volume 2 are: AEG, Oone Roleplaying Games, Atlas Games, Bard's Productions, Goodman Games, Green Ronin Publishing, Hammerdog Games, Inner Circle Games, Mongoose Publishing, Mystic Eye Games, Privateer Press, Skeleton Key Games, Thunderhead Games and Troll Lord Games.

About GF distribution

I'd like to know what are your distributors because I have attempted to order copies of the magazine via my usual disributors and failed to get them. Mind you, I'm Italian and most of the distributors over there get their stuff from Diamond/Alliance conglomerate...

So far, I have charged a friend at Nexus Editrice (the Italian publisher of the L&L adventures by FFG), Roberto Di Meglio, to pick me a copy of each issue at the GAMA Trade Show. He will be there and I hope he will bring back many worthy licenses (if US publishers aren't to greedy, considering how small the Italian market is) and some really jiucy news.

A little bit of info: the Italian edition of the Psionics Handbook (with all the errata) has shipped: it seems it will compete with amazing Forgotten Realms campaign book's sales (I managd to sell over 20 copies, a lot for Italy).
