Gaseous form and casting

Can vampires use spell like abilities and magical spells while in gaseous form?

From the SRD:

Gaseous creatures can't attack physically or cast spells with verbal, somatic, material, or focus components. They lose their supernatural abilities (except for the supernatural ability to assume gaseous form, of course).

Most of the template powers (energy drain, dominate, etc) are Supernatural, and are not usable while gaseous.

The only spells that are usable are those with no V/S/M/F/DF components, which implies that metamagic is involved. For instance a gaseous creature could cast a Silent teleport, or a Silent Stilled Eschewed fireball.

Spell-like abilities are still usable. However, note that none of the powers of the vampire template are spell-like.
