Dr. Zoom First Post Jul 13, 2002 #2 The answer to both questions is no. A creature in gaseous form cannot attack physically, nor is it incorporeal (or ethereal, either). Check DMG, page 77, for these details.

Devon First Post Jul 13, 2002 #3 Thank you. Now I have to apologize to my players (before they get around to doing the gaseous form+ghost touch weapon tactic)... Which wasn't terribly effective for the bad guy that used it, really, when the whole party had +1 weapons available. - Devon
