Cool. Lets see -
War Weaver was, I believe, a prestige class from somewhere (Heroes of Battle?).
Blackspawn Exterminator, Bluespawn Godslayer, Greenspawn Razorfiend, and Redspawn Firebelcher, we have.
Cloudreaver and Whitespawn Hordeling are new, assuming Cloudreaver is a monster.

The mini-pics are in!
One, it appears that the cloudreaver is some kind of classed humanoid.
Two, comparing the sketch of the Greenspawn Ambusher with that of the Greenspawn Razorfiend, there are some notable differences, which means that either the sketch has undergone some significant revision to become the Razorfiend, or the Razorfiend and the Ambusher are different creatures. That makes three spawn per color more likely, but not certain (such as if there is, despite appearances, no pattern to the spawn).
