Press Release Aug 9th 2004
Tired of going to “new” locations that everyone knows about? Sick of getting caught in “done it before” plots, and meeting characters who are everywhere, taking care of everything, and stopping the big “insidious villainy” no matter how you try to avoid them? Maybe you are looking for a new experience and a new background world for your role-playing campaign.
A completely new realm book is in town, and it is debuting this august. The Pantheonic Dreams Realm book is a world setting to be used as a basis for your adventures, or a convenient backdrop for stand-alone adventures. The world of Canton seeks to bring role-playing and exploration back to the gaming community through a medium detail description style, providing players of all types with new and fun information, while avoiding the barrage of media explaining every tree, bush, and chipmunk in the region. Pantheonic Dreams also deals in the one commodity that seems to get left behind in this “serious role-player” day and age; Comic Relief.
A mighty companion walks the path with the Pantheonic Dreams Realm Book, and co-starring the lime light with our main book is the Ecology of Canton: Volume One monster resource book. We’ve filled it with indigenous life forms that tie into the new stories of Canton. Not only does it flesh out a campaign with original monsters, but also the creatures can be tailored to use in almost any other setting, and has earned its title as a supplemental monster book.
The makers of the books, Geeks Cubed, are looking to provide the role playing community with new and bold playing material fit to satisfy all types of adventurers. They represent a group of people who truly wish to write for the genre at large, and don’t mind seeking a little swag along the way.
Geeks Cubed will be found at Gen Con Indy, in booth #1526 premiering a limited edition of both books, a small stock of quality genre specific T-shirts, and drooling over the models they’ve gotten. If you wish to get a hold of us for any reason, our contact information is below.
