I don't know the laws regarding this, but is it possible GAMA made that offer in hopes of a judge later on forcing GenCon to accept the offer to pay debts?

It is what I am thinking the case is.

GAMA has nothing to do with the offer. Anthony is the lead guy in an outside investment group of people who are not part of the industry.
