This was my 15th Gen Con and sadly probably my last for a few years.
Rants:
Lots of -no-show GMs. I had several friends tell me that they went to a game that the Game Master never showed. Didn't they use to penalize those GMs by not letting them run games at the next Gen Con?
Castle Wolfmoon: a game session using a too-be-published Gatry Gygax adventure. Mission rescue the princess from the Castle. Problem- there was no way possible to find the princess- that part had not been finished
GM running a 3e adventure and not understanding a good chunk of the rules.
Escalators that work/don't work based on some sort of Feng Shui logorithmic formula.
None of the awesome Games Workshop 40k miniature dioramas.
How can the local food court not know when Gen Con is and staff approrpriately.
Number of Booth babes way down.
having to go thru the registration line to get a ticket refund
Praises
Will Call line was 3.4 seconds long.
parking- in the lot behind the Bradley Center only $3 all three days.

Percentage of Con attendess that were female- and even attractive. Makes me feel a little less geeky.
GW staff LOTR demonstrators were very friendly.
So many awesome well-done d20 stuff.
